What does AA-QL stand for?
AA-QL stands for Agent to Agency Quantum Leap. The idea is to provide an online platform to insurance people that will allow them to grow from agent to eventually an agency owner if that is your desire. Also, to give insurance people a home they can take anywhere using the world wide web. Our goal is for us to be the platform you use from the inception of your insurance business to your own multi person organization . Our mission is to invest time and energy in insurance people so that success can be experienced together and self confidence can be shared.
Who is AA-QL For?
Agent to Agency QL is for all insurance people. Whether you are just an individual or a medium/large sized organization, this online insurance platform will allow you to have an online system that can organize your business. As Insurance brokers you represent many carriers, but do not have your own system that organizes your clients data or companies you represent.
What does it do?
Agent to Agency QL provides your with an online insurance platform that can store your clients information, wether that is a quote or an actual insurance application. It Provides you with an easy to follow marketing page that shows all the services you offer and also provides you a place where you have all you insurance carriers organized (with like to carrier site, phone number, and email). For our members we provide 24/7 customer support for any changes, updates or edits that need to happen to your custom online platform.
Where is it based out of?
Agent to Agency QL is based out of Fort Worth, TX. Because it is an online company, it gives us the ability to tap into different states/ cities around the United States and eventually in different countries with no problems. The insurance industry is world wide and our goal is to help as many insurance people as possible.
When did it start?
The first online insurance platform was built in December 2017 for the father (Leo Bados Sr.) of the founder of AA-QL (Leo Bados Jr.). It was officially Founded in January 2018 by Leo Bados Jr. Leo Bados Jr noticed it would help a lot more people than just his father, so he brought it to market free of charge for agents around the Dallas-Fort Worth and had amazing results/feedback. Then started to build a team that would help him market it more and then started charging to build these platforms.
Is it only for insurance people?
Yes. The platform is designed to solely designed to solve problems most insurance brokers seem to have. The quotes and applications forms that acquire the information from clients is specific for insurance policies.
Do I need to have a team to have this platform?
No. There are many individuals that have this platform and do not yet have aspirations to grow a team. The platform is designed to provide a benchmark for future grown if desired by the professional, but it is not necessary.
How much does it cost?
There are 3 plans available for now. The Pro-Broker Plan is for independent insurance brokers with a team of 2 or less for $89.00 a month. Enterprise-Broker Plan is for medium size insurance brokers with 3-9 team members for $179.99 a month. Custom-Broker Plan is for Larger sized insurance brokers with 10+ team members that we quote depending on the size of the team they want to build a platform for.
For example, if you have the Pro-Broker Plan, you can allow other agents that are not necessarily in your organization, but use your system to allow then to store their clients information. This will allow for free marketing of your brand and a system then can use. This cost is also tax deductible, making it very affordable in the long run for anyone that keeps the subscription up to date.
Do I need to have a website or a domain name already purchased?
You do not need to have it when you sign up, but you will be required to get one. It is ideal to have one before signing up. Our favorite places to shop for domain names are www.namecheap.com and www.godaddy.com. Most domains cost less than $10 and is also a cost that is tax deductible.
Do I need to have a logo?
You do not need to have it when you sign up, but you will be required to get one. Our goal is to give you an online platform with your logo and marketing touch to it. Our favorite places to get a logo is www.fiverr.com. They have tons of options and is also a cost that is tax deductible.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract. you can cancel then you want. Once you have paid for the month you will not receive a refund, but you would also not be charge for the next.
Will the price ever go up?
No the price you buy is the price that stays.
I already have an online platform I use. Could I switch it to this one?
Yes! All we would need is to connect it to the software we use. We can do that for you.
I already have software that I use for quotes and applications. Can I use this platform with my existing information gatherer?
Yes! All we would need is the HTML code that connects that software to our online platfrom. We work with many other services agents and agencies use to promote their sales.
Is there any discounts for the monthly subscriptions?
Yes. We are also run our own insurance brokerage frim. We could extend insurance contracts to you and in return we will provide you with a 25% monthly discount the month after your contract is approved.
Do you have a referral program?
We are currently working on a referral program. We will update you once it is ready.
